David serves as Vice President and Member of the Board of Directors of Fundacion San Mateo (AKA: Escuela San Mateo) which operates schools in the Polochic Valley, Altaverapaz of Guatemala. It also partners with other organizations to bring education to the underserved in Nicaragua and other projects to meet the needs of others in several other locations in the world. 

After serving as CEO of three Non Profits providing job focused training education and one on-one mentoring, David now serves as a Senior Advisor to Mentors International over-seeing special projects for the Foundation while fostering facilitating key collaboration efforts with universities, corporations, and other non-profits. He has a special interest in studying the impact of “Mindset” change in the creation of long term and sustainable self-reliance and growth.
